Program Setup and Participation Fee(Required)
Your Participation fee shall provide you with a profile page listing at www.visittokaj.org and your published offer details to be promoted on the Visit Tokaj eCard powered by VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Card.
For Annual Program Participation - Each profile will be listed for one year from the date of this agreement and shall automatically renew on the first day following each additional year unless cancelled prior to renewal by the business named above and and participating businesses are permitted to request changes to their profile details and offers up to two times per year.
For Lifetime Program Participation - Each profile will be listed shall remain published for as long as the program continues and participating businesses are permitted to request changes to their profile details and offers up to four times per year.
Business may cancel participation in the programs at ay time and without penalty. No refunds shall be given or made for any business that cancels their participation prior to December 31st each year. All cancellation must be in writing.
